Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers On a typical shift you will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends.
