Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Wahkiakum County, Washington. Your main tasks: • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper You should have: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
