Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Wurno, Sokoto State. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day-to-day duties: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Full-time with occasional weekends.
