Immediate opening: we are hiring a tyre service technician in Tama County, Iowa. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage The role involves torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench; handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies; repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches; jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands; keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres.
