What we are looking for: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection Day to day you will run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; carry out 6G pipe welds where required.
