Join our team: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Lee County, Illinois. The job is on site fitting windows in new-build flats. Day to day you will fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
