Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tig welder in Greene County, Arkansas. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. You will weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; carry out 6G pipe welds where required. You should have: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
