Join our team: fabrication workshop technician (Florida)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Volusia County, Florida. You will work on site fitting windows in new-build flats. On the job you will handle: • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it Ideal candidate: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
