Requirements: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Day to day you will set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; write and edit G-code programs at the control; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes.
