Halal butcher wanted in Haywood County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a halal butcher in Haywood County, Tennessee. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. On a typical shift you will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; season and marinate meat on request; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Full-time with occasional weekends.
