Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory The role involves meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
