Join our team: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Simpson County, Mississippi. You will be based at a knitwear stitching unit. You will stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line. What we are looking for: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
