The role involves: • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch Requirements: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Performance bonus on top of base pay.
