Glass and glazing technician — Idaho County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a glass and glazing technician in Idaho County, Idaho. The job is on a construction site. What we are looking for: • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Physically fit, able to stand and lift throughout the shift On a typical shift you will clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film; install toughened and laminated safety glass; measure window and door openings and order glass to size; secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
