Now hiring: we are hiring a meat cutter in Kingfisher County, Oklahoma. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter On a typical shift you will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; season and marinate meat on request.
