The role involves operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door; raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency; hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover; detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police; man the entry gate and check visitor IDs and gate passes; respond to intrusion alarms and panic alerts. You should have: • Height and weight as per security norms • 1-2 years experience as a security guard • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
