Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules On a typical shift you will fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; assemble column and beam cages on the bench.
