Powder coating sprayer wanted in Marion County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Marion County, South Carolina. You will work at a powder coating unit. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
