Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete placer in Scurry County, Texas. You will be based at a ready-mix concrete plant. You should have: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage The role involves set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength.
