Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift erector in Pulaski County, Virginia. You will be based in a machine room on the rooftop. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring The role involves adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; run load and overload tests with test weights; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
