Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day to day you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage.
