Aluminium technician • Franklin County, Maine

Now hiring: we are hiring an aluminium technician in Franklin County, Maine. Day-to-day duties: • Crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine • Read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors • Punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware • Install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads • Drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws • Apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames Requirements: • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles • Skilled on cutting, crimping and punching machines Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
