Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Ethiope West, Delta State. You will be based at an infrastructure site. You will patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab. Ideal candidate: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
