Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Berkeley County, South Carolina. Day-to-day duties: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
