Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Camden County, New Jersey. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker Day-to-day duties: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Score the top of loaves before baking • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
