Join our team: dishwashing attendant (Pennsylvania)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Northampton County, Pennsylvania. The job is in a hotel kitchen. You will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $140 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
