We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Yankton County, South Dakota. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
