Great opportunity: we are hiring a pastry baker in Jefferson County, Indiana. The role involves knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; score the top of loaves before baking; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
