Great opportunity: we are hiring a smash repairer in City of Staunton, Virginia. The job is in a smash repair workshop. The role involves: • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray What we are looking for: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) Full-time, day shift.
