Now hiring: we are hiring a chef de partie in Northwest Arctic Borough, Alaska. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. On the job you will handle: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
