Rebar fixer wanted in Mercer County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Mercer County, Missouri. The job is on a busy residential building site. The role involves fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers. What we are looking for: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing 4+ years on the tools preferred.
