Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Bond County, Illinois. You will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures.
