PVC profile cutter • Jefferson County, Pennsylvania

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Jefferson County, Pennsylvania. You will work on site fitting windows in new-build flats. Ideal candidate: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings On a typical shift you will fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
