Vacancy available: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC mechanic in Grant Parish, Louisiana. The job is in a commercial cold storage facility. Day to day you will check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; clean condenser and evaporator coils; trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution. What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits.
