AC and fridge repair technician wanted in Somerset

Now hiring: we are hiring an AC and fridge repair technician in Somerset, England. You will work in a commercial cold storage facility. Day to day you will braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves; clean condenser and evaporator coils. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints Full-time, day shift. £2,750 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
