Natural gas fitter — Lac qui Parle County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Lac qui Parle County, Minnesota. The job is in a gas distribution network. Your main tasks: • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate Ideal candidate: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Driving licence for travel between sites At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
