Gas service engineer — Borough of Bolton

Now hiring: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Borough of Bolton, England. You will work on residential and apartment building sites. You should have: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Able to read isometric and site drawings On the job you will handle: • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
