Now hiring: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Eastland County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters Requirements: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
