Long-haul driver wanted in Copper River Census Area

Vacancy available: we are hiring a long-haul driver in Copper River Census Area, Alaska. You will work at a container freight yard. Your main tasks: • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays Requirements: • Current Driver CPC qualification card • Confident with manual handling and load securing Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
