Catering cook wanted in Mai'Adua

Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in Mai'Adua, Katsina State. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around ₦185,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
