Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Madison County, North Carolina. You will be based at a busy gas installation company. The role involves: • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points Requirements: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces Six days a week, one day off. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
