You should have: • A good head for heights and steady balance • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel The role involves: • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck 4+ years on the tools preferred.
