Commis chef wanted in Skamania County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Skamania County, Washington. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Rotating shifts.
