Bread and bun maker wanted in Searcy County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Searcy County, Arkansas. You will be based in a bread factory. Day to day you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Full-time with occasional weekends. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
