Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change The role involves coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); clear and reset tables between covers; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; check back during the meal and handle special requests. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
