Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Duplin County, North Carolina. Requirements: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T Day-to-day duties: • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
