Occupational health and safety officer wanted in Anson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in Anson County, North Carolina. The role involves: • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements Requirements: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
