Immediate opening: we are hiring a dishwasher in Lauderdale County, Mississippi. The role involves: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
