Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Monroe County, Illinois. You will work in a catering unit. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Day-to-day duties: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
