Vacancy available: we are hiring a steward in Wetzel County, West Virginia. You will work in a hotel kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits.
